NJVC supported and currently supports efforts to streamline communication capabilities of the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Recovery (HADR) initiative. In collaboration with federal agencies, NJVC developed a web application designed to support first responders with a simple-to-use, device-agnostic, responder-facing interface. The team’s main purpose was to streamline communications between first responders and analysts making satellite imagery, maps, traffic, weather and customized data accessible to those in the field.
NJVC worked with members of the Intelligence Community to upgrade several legacy platforms. This included direct support to federal customers in cloud migration, data center optimization and the management of hybrid IT enterprises without compromising security or availability.
NJVC worked as part of the team that supported the Department of Homeland Security providing IT tools and services to combat cyber threats in the civilian .gov networks and various network endpoints, including mobile devices. Assisting with the U.S. Government’s shift in cyber security posture from a compliance reporting model to a real-time approach to combating threats.
