AFLCMC/HBN Awards CS Collaboration and Security Contract

On August 17, 2021, the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBN) Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital Directorate, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Division awarded Chenega Systems (CS) the HBN Collaboration and Security Project.

In June of 2021, the entire International and Foreign Military Sales Division moved to a new office location, creating a need for an access control/security system with badge readers, interface to electric door strikes, and a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system. Chenega Systems will work alongside the subcontractor and sister company, Chenega Applied Solutions (CAS), to procure, mount, design, and wire interconnections, test the camera and badging system, electronic locks, and install and test the badge programming system.

In addition to standing up the security and badging system, CS and CAS will be building out the collaborative rooms in the new location. This includes developing the concept, designing the interconnections, and procuring and installing all the hardware. These collaborative spaces are crucial in helping HBN program teams address a broad spectrum of management and technical challenges for over 116 FMS cases valued at over $7B in procurement and sustainment contracts. CS and CAS are proud to support this critical work and will complete the project before the end of the calendar year.
