CABS proudly serves the needs of the U.S. Government and commercial customers with a myriad of programs and initiatives. Here are some of the stories of our successful relationships.
CABS provides an integrated data analytics tool supporting the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the area of digital transformation and workflow automation. CABS provides up-to-the-minute reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on all aspects of operations, providing detailed metrics and capturing actual benchmarking data for the program.
CABS conducts workforce analysis, human capital research, and assessment efforts to assist in the strategic decision making of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/JFHQ-DoDIN and their subordinate organizations. CABS provides a more simplified means of conducting agency-wide workforce analysis by developing a systematic approach. We provide a workforce analysis report, inclusive of key metrics, and short, medium, and long-term activities to implement recommendations. CABS delivers, configures, and implements an integrated workplace management system (IWMS). The IWMS is an integrated suite of web-based management tools that helps DISA improve and streamline overall workplace management. CABS provides all necessary customer support for this tool.
CABS also performs Business Process and Reengineering (BPR) analysis, support, and transformation, including modernization of DISA’s critical business back-office systems. We analyze new and existing tools to gain the full potential of the strategic information contained within data possessed by DISA and the DOD. CABS assists DISA in analyzing what Business Intelligence Suite/framework/toolset should be adopted across the enterprise for budgeting, financial, accounting, inventory and billing, and communications.
CABS assisted the Department of Justice (DOJ) in digitizing and updating their records. We supported and advised the Government in the planning, executing, and implementation of a new electronic records management system. Once CABS completed the design, we provided training to all DOJ users for the newly implemented and enhanced components.
CABS provides general clerical, secretarial, and customer service for issuance of Common Access Cards (CACs) to eligible personnel, travel claim liquidation processing, and transportation programmatic support to Personnel Support Detachments (PSDs) to Navy personnel overseas. We also provide Navy Passenger Transportation Services to the Personnel Support Detachment (PSD) Guam under the cognizance of the Naval Personnel Command/Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC).
CABS assists in providing 215 Linguists/Analysts to perform all phases of collecting, interpreting, translating, and performing analysis of mission data in support of the 25th Air Force. CABS furnishes the required management, technology, and personnel required to provide the requested linguist support. Our support reaches across 16 geographically dispersed locations, both CONUS and OCONUS.
Best practices begin at the top of any organization, and CABS is no exception. We believe that retaining a world-class workforce relies on leadership that is innovative, competitive, and ethical.
