IT Infrastructure Operations and Data Management

Information Technology Infrastructure Operations and Data Management Services encompass all the processes and services provided by our staff to deliver an IT platform to our customers that’s agile, scalable, highly available, secure, and accessible to their internal or external customers. These  services include, systems administration, network, storage, server, and security functions required to meet the customer’s mission.  Some of the critical management processes include ticket, event, cyber incident, release, configuration, and problem management.

Unified Communications (UC) Services

CARS’ UC services deliver a consistent unified user interface and user experience across multiple devices and mediums within the customers enterprise.  The foundational services within an integrated UC architecture include messaging, mobility, voice, conferencing, and video. Our  UC approach is not based on a singular technology or solution but a framework to provide interconnected systems of enterprise communication devices and applications

IT Service Management (ITSM)

Digital Transformation can be defined as using digital technologies to create new – or modifying existing business process, culture, and customer experience to meet changing business and market requirements. CARS’ ITSM framework includes industry best-practice and methodologies to design, deliver and improve the way IT enabled services are managed throughout their lifecycle.
