Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) was created with the purpose of providing integrated enterprise IT support to Federal customers both CONUS and OCONUS. Formed in 2017, CARS employs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with decades of experience working in the Federal marketplace.
CARS provides a knowledgeable, mission-focused workforce committed to providing our customers with high-quality enterprise IT solutions to meet the mission, create business value, and deliver on enterprise goals. We meet your program and infrastructure needs at a reduced cost by utilizing our established Project Management Office, our contract-tailored Program Management Plan, and industry best practices. We provide a wide range of solutions for Federal programs of every size, delivering unique and cost-efficient solutions to geographically enterprise customers.
Information Technology Infrastructure Operations and Data Management Services encompass all the processes and services provided by our staff to deliver an IT platform to our customers that’s agile, scalable, highly available, secure, and accessible to their internal or external customers. These services include systems administration, network, storage, server, and security functions required to meet the customer’s mission. Some of the critical management processes include ticket, event, cyber incident, release, configuration, and problem management.
CARS’ UC services deliver a consistent unified user interface and user experience across multiple devices and mediums within the customer’s enterprise. The foundational services within an integrated UC architecture include messaging, mobility, voice, conferencing, and video. Our UC approach is not based on a singular technology or solution but a framework to provide interconnected systems of enterprise communication devices and applications.
Digital Transformation can be defined as using digital technologies to create new – or modifying existing business processes, culture, and customer experience to meet changing business and market requirements. CARS’ ITSM framework includes industry best-practice and methodologies to design, deliver and improve the way IT-enabled services are managed throughout their lifecycle. This includes change management, problem management, incident management, asset management, and knowledge management. CARS will ensure the right ITSM processes, people, technology, and data are in place and accessible to meet the customers’ goals and ultimately their mission.

CARS supports Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) mission requirements by providing Major Systems Support; Professional Services; and Technical, Engineering, and Scientific Services for the Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (eFAST) Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) from the FAA.
CARS provides Spanish translation support for the DOJ International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) Operations and Command Center’s Translation Program at the INTERPOL Washington – US National Central Bureau (USNCB). The Washington USNCB acts as the representative for the United States to the INTERPOL on behalf of the Attorney General. The Translator Specialist(s) serves as an expert in the translation of Spanish and will translate all incoming Spanish messages as well as, the translation of outgoing English messages, notices, and diffusions into Spanish as needed.
CARS provides software and system engineer support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Detachment 12 (AFLCMC/Det 12). The Air Operations Center Training Tool (ACTT) is a training framework for the Air Operations Center (AOC) system and network administrators to accomplish Mission Qualification Training. ACTT provides an environment to conduct interactive training that is not possible on operational systems. The CARS team is responsible for modernizing and sustaining the ACTT.
CARS provides Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Facilitation and Presentation Support and Help Desk Support to the United States Air Force (USAF) Alaskan Command (ALCOM).
