Past Performance

Articus provides a strategic approach to the training and professional development of local agency and field-based staff . We worked with our agency customer to create and implement bespoke training activities and professional development across the enterprise based on target audience need. Articus continually coordinates closely with our customer and subject matter experts to insure high-quality course curriculum and adjusts as needed.  We identify and innovate adult learning approaches from in-person and virtual facilitation techniques to peer-to-peer exchange, virtual learning platforms, and other cutting-edge practices.

Articus supports and analyzes policies and procedures to determine where gaps exist and develop corrective actions. We work with the customer to maintain the agency’s Occupant Emergency Program by updating plans, policies, protocols, and procedures and briefing leadership. Articus creates and executes tactical procedures for emergency response personnel, with special emphasis placed on tool development and tabletop exercises. Articus worked with the customer and used our expertise to design and implement the Health and Safety, and Emergency Management (HSEM) 5-year strategic plan. While using the most recent FEMA Continuity Evaluation Tool, Articus has earned exemplary scores for our customers.

Articus develops and executes short- and medium-term crisis strategies for our customer’s engagement with US and relevant foreign media and communication teams. We worked with the customer’s leadership to develop key messages and talking points for the agency officials and created interagency communications to support agency officials. Articus worked with the customer to create custom op-ed pieces and social media strategies and developed and executed future communication plans based on the current and anticipated activities of the agency.

The Articus subject matter experts (SME) work with the customer to evaluate current processes and field operations and determine what additional technologies, processes, and systems may be needed to improve operations. Our SMEs evaluate the current case and create solutions that will enhance productivity, customer service, streamline operations, and the agency’s overall readiness profile.
