Chenega Architecture & Design Solutions (CADS) is an 8(a) Alaskan Native Small Disadvantaged Business, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chenega Corporation. We solve complex challenges with dedication and excellence—keeping clients and stakeholders informed at every step. Our professionals have been serving clients for more than three decades.

CADS will reach back into the MIOS SBU’s common administrative services, technical subject matter expertise, past performance, experience, and the skills of our key leadership to support the pursuit of new business opportunities, as well as to execute them. This reach back also includes leveraging our ISO-certified Quality Management System (QMS). Our QMS is complete with business processes, workflows, methodologies, and the necessary tools to compete for contracts that require operating advice and assistance, financial, strategic, and organizational planning, budgeting, security, records and process management, and business process improvement. Our SBU operating model greatly enhances our ability to leverage expertise to generate new business and effectively manage awarded contracts.

Chenega provides validation of design by others, materials, equipment, and non-personal services needed to identify, procure, deliver, install, configure, test, operate, and turnover an integrated Audio-Visual system, IT data, and IT Network supporting the new ten-story FCC HQ facility. In furnishing these products and services, Chenega provides all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, and equipment and plans, schedules, coordinates, and ensures the effective performance of, and conformance to, all aspects of the work. Provide design validation for the secure portion of the facility. Provides design validation for both the AV and IT Network systems. Integration of all conference room video displays, cameras, shading controls, lighting controls, conference audio, and video controls into the high-end conference tables in each room.
