Past Performance

Through multiple programs, KG has a proven track record of supporting high-profile customers and programs with rapid Language and Engineering Services. These are just some of them.

Navy Integration and Software Engineering

KG provides software and systems development for the U.S. Department of the Navy’s mission-critical IT enterprises. KG and the U.S. Department of the Navy were able to achieve measurable results and effectiveness in just a few months of project transfer and lost almost no historical program knowledge because of a sole-source acquisition process.

Language Services and Intelligence – Air Force

KG supports three Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Air Wings, two Cyberspace Air Wings, and one ISR Group with linguists and intelligence analysts in support of near real-time intelligence and cyberspace intelligence operations.

Training & eLearning

KG provides USG-approved military acculturation and discipline training for international students with the objective of improving military bearing. This includes learning library/media lab operations to augment ELT course material with general military, general aviation, and general maintenance terminology to enhance the ability of RSAF to understand follow-on operational and technical training terminology.

Since 2014, KG has graduated over 400 ESL students in DOD and federal programs, both CONUS and OCONUS

Thought leadership and best practices begin at the top of any organization, and we at KG are no exception. We believe that retaining a world-class workforce relies on leadership that is visionary, innovative, competitive, progressive, and ethical.

Software Engineering

Transformation is essential to any program. Legacy systems can be costly to secure, maintain, repair, and replace. Modernizing techniques combined with creativity and the proper Information Technology (IT) knowledge can help alleviate the challenges facing today’s federal agencies. We offer solutions in software integration, administration, development and deployment, and integration libraries to allow your IT to work for your programs, not against them.

Intelligence provides the basis for policy or decisions. It ensures that responsible and rational actions are undertaken every day by people, organizations, and businesses around the world. We provide studies and analyses, technology planning, and capability assessments to support a range of functions. We also provide support on numerous initiatives, including research services and technical support, program assessments and evaluations, trend analysis, and subject matter expertise.

Language Services

Language and cultural training plays a vital role in bridging the gap between cultures and mission objectives across the globe. Understanding is mission-essential. We provide English Language Training (ELT) CONUS and OCONUS, as well as transcription, translation, and linguistic analysis.

Training & eLearning

A robust training and development program ensures that students and professionals have a consistent experience and background knowledge. Proper training techniques and curriculums increase innovation in developing new strategies and processes, and increase the effectiveness of all personnel. We offer a full lifecycle training capability encompassing curriculum development; in-classroom, virtual, and distance learning; and simulation education and training delivery analysis.

Records Management

Sound records management relies on proper documentation and accountability integrated with transformative technology. The retention of historical records is essential to the growth and development of future processes and policies. We offer our customers answers for their assets, not complications. We provide physical storage, e-records digitization, retention and disposition action, electronic systems assessment, strategic planning, policy development, and training development and delivery.

Staff Services

Providing the right experts to assist can be the essential difference between a successful program and one that struggles to meet its mission objectives. We provide alignment, clarity, and direction as well as project planning, acquisition support, program management, and resource management to ensure that the best people are working on the best projects to achieve the best results.

Communications & Electronics (C&E) Maintenance

Streamlined and reliable communications equipment and software is essential to enhancing productivity and response times in mission-critical environments. We provide integrated logistics support in the service of high-value, technically complex inspection, detection, and surveillance devices. Our services include equipment inventory management, corrective and preventative maintenance, and repair.
