Working for Chenega means being part of an exceptional workforce. We offer a collaborative workplace, career growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and an appreciation for work life balance. We believe that hiring great people results in great work – and great work connects us to the best clients.
Chenega Corporation and its family of companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled/Native/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation preference under PL 93-638. We participate in the E-Verify Employment Verification Program.
Transformation is essential to any program. Legacy systems can be costly to secure, maintain, repair, and replace. Modernizing techniques combined with creativity and the proper Information Technology (IT) knowledge can help alleviate the challenges facing today’s federal agencies. We offer solutions in software integration, administration, development and deployment, and integration libraries to allow your IT to work for your programs, not against them.
Intelligence provides the basis for policy or decisions. It ensures that responsible and rational actions are undertaken every day by people, organizations, and businesses around the world. We provide studies and analyses, technology planning, and capability assessments to support a range of functions. We also provide support on numerous initiatives, including research services and technical support, program assessments and evaluations, trend analysis, and subject matter expertise.
Language and cultural training plays a vital role in bridging the gap between cultures and mission objectives across the globe. Understanding is mission-essential. We provide English Language Training (ELT) CONUS and OCONUS, as well as transcription, translation, and linguistic analysis.
A robust training and development program ensures that students and professionals have a consistent experience and background knowledge. Proper training techniques and curriculums increase innovation in developing new strategies and processes, and increase the effectiveness of all personnel. We offer a full lifecycle training capability encompassing curriculum development; in-classroom, virtual, and distance learning; and simulation education and training delivery analysis.
Sound records management relies on proper documentation and accountability integrated with transformative technology. The retention of historical records is essential to the growth and development of future processes and policies. We offer our customers answers for their assets, not complications. We provide physical storage, e-records digitization, retention and disposition action, electronic systems assessment, strategic planning, policy development, and training development and delivery.
Providing the right experts to assist can be the essential difference between a successful program and one that struggles to meet its mission objectives. We provide alignment, clarity, and direction as well as project planning, acquisition support, program management, and resource management to ensure that the best people are working on the best projects to achieve the best results.
Streamlined and reliable communications equipment and software is essential to enhancing productivity and response times in mission-critical environments. We provide integrated logistics support in the service of high-value, technically complex inspection, detection, and surveillance devices. Our services include equipment inventory management, corrective and preventative maintenance, and repair.
