They are responsible for staying on top of all regulations, guidance, and updates in relation to domestic and international travel.
“I love how this amazing group of professionals performs as a team. They obviously care about and support each other. They are such a pleasure to work with,” says Program Manager Joseph Malizia.
This team regularly receives kudos from the people that they assist. One customer wrote in, “Dear Passports & Visas team — I am VERY PLEASED to confirm that I just received my US DIP passport, together with the needed visa for my assignment with USAID/Sierra Leone West Africa. Thanks so much to ALL of your team for their work to expedite the DIP passport processing.”
Another customer stated, “I just wanted to say a big thank you! Yesterday, I received my Diplomatic Passport (incredibly fast!). You were just amazing from the moment I passed through the Travel Office door. You were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Your positivity was clearly evident. I really appreciated everything that you did for me, as I was nervous about receiving my passport in time to get a visa. You embody exactly the type of employee USAID needs, so thank you once again – it was an absolute pleasure working with you.”
The work that this team does is often time-critical, so attention to detail is an essential part of the job that these employees do not take lightly. Their friendly personalities and drive to want to help make them the perfect fit for their jobs, and Articus cannot thank them enough for their incredible representation.
Thank you, team!
