Securing the Future of Strategic Deterrence Through Advanced IT Solutions
Astraeus Operations (AO) has been selected to deliver critical computer management and helpdesk support services for the Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT), located at the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay in Georgia.
This award highlights AO’s trusted role in advancing national defense capabilities through reliable and secure IT support. By aligning closely with the Strategic Systems Program (SSP) Enterprise, AO will help ensure SWFLANT’s technological infrastructure remains secure, dependable, and aligned with operational priorities.
The scope of work includes managing and maintaining a complex IT architecture comprising both classified and unclassified networks, approximately 50 Windows-based physical and virtual servers, 1,000 Windows-based personal computers, and 1,500 user accounts distributed across the base. Notably, about 30% of these systems are located in high-security areas.
