Mary began her tenure at Chenega in April 2021. Since then, Mary has demonstrated to be a superb leader who excels at managing her customers and employees’ expectations, all while boosting employee morale. Aside from being a sensational leader and team player, Mary’s favorite part of her job is greeting and helping customers. She gets a good sense of gratification from exhibiting excellent customer service. “I like to ensure the customers are cared for while being empathic. The feeling of excellent teamwork with the validation that they were taken care of in a professional, timely manner satisfies me. Every customer is important, and none is to be misjudged. Mary enjoys traveling, bowling, shopping, and cooking outside of work. As a mom of two with four grandchildren, Mary enjoys spending time with her family.
