Laura Czarnecki has been a part of the Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) team since June 2021. As their senior editor, Laura has transformed the way written interpretation of policy induction is explained.
Laura is passionate about her work and its purpose; “Supporting FEMA all these years has been a delight. I consider myself an addition to an already awesome and established team. My day-to-day duties vary; I sometimes conduct research, rewrite & edit drafts, and provide analytical support.” When asked if she would change anything about the way she performs her duties, Laura stated, “I don’t think I would change anything! I’m happy with my team, my productivity, and my ability to be resourceful.”
Although she has lived in Florida, Tennessee, and Massachusetts, Laura currently resides in Frederick, Maryland. Happily married to her high school sweetheart, having had two boys, Ethan (18) and Ryan (15), they enjoy spending time together while watching sports. The whole family is a massive supporter of Boston sports! During the summer season, while the boys have off from school, they enjoy going to the beach and tubing down the Shenandoah.
The CABS team is truly thankful to have Laura on their team. Her ability to remain dedicated to informing others of upcoming changes has remained steadfast since her start date with their team. Thank you, Laura!
