She is a team player who will help anyone in need!” Shannon mentions that she is extremely thankful for her internal team, their ability to support customer demands, and their constant support of her work. Shannon is grateful for her journey with CABS thus far and looks forward to learning more aspects of the job; “I’ve learned and accomplished many things over the years working on this contract, but most recently, I’ve been excited to learn more about the Adobe Connect Program, in support of the massive increase of virtual courses.”
When she is off work, Shannon enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, coaching, and volunteering at fundraisers for the Emmitsburg Vigilant Hose Company Auxiliary, Emmitsburg Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #6658 Auxiliary, the Thurmont Ambulance Company, and Team Cool’s Legacy.“I like to be involved with the community as much as possible. Cool’s Legacy is very special to me, as it raises funds to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and walks as a group in the Frederick, Maryland “Out of the Darkness” Community Walk in memory of my brother Richard Cool Jr.”
The CABS team is extremely thankful to have Shannon on their team. Shannon lights every room she’s present in. Her positive attitude is admirable; thank you, Shannon, for your drive and dedication to support others.
