CABS Spotlights Paul Croswait

Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) is proud to spotlight Paul Croswait, a vital member of the team, whose upbeat energy, operational expertise, and dedication to service play an essential role in supporting the CABS mission. Paul has been with Chenega for nearly two years and currently serves as the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Lead, overseeing daily operations that are critical to both classified and unclassified communications.

In his role, Paul ensures the seamless execution of VTC services, managing everything from room scheduling and equipment maintenance, to supply ordering, report generation, and personnel training. Whether he’s repairing broken gear or refining operational workflows, Paul’s success hinges on clear communication and a strong sense of teamwork. “It takes good communication and a team that works together to keep this ship running as smoothly as possible on a daily basis,” he shares.

Paul’s favorite part of his role is the direct interaction he has with customers across all levels of leadership, “from the Admiral on down”, and the satisfaction that comes from knowing his efforts directly support mission success. One of his proudest accomplishments was being tasked by the Government to revitalize the War Fighter Response Center, a secure space supporting Secure Video Teleconference (SVTC) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) access. Under Paul’s leadership, the team reconfigured the space for improved accessibility, upgraded systems, and streamlined operational processes. The impact was so well-received that government leadership offered additional support and resources to further enhance the space.

Outside of work, Paul finds balance and creativity through hobbies like woodworking, playing guitar, and learning new skills online. While an auto accident has altered his pastimes of golf and cycling, he continues to embrace life with a modified but positive routine. His greatest inspiration comes from his father, a retired U.S. Navy officer who instilled in him the values of hard work, teamwork, and integrity.

If Paul had to describe himself in three words, he’d say: funny, upbeat, and adventurous, which are qualities that shine through in his work and his relationships with others.

CABS is proud to have such a dynamic and committed individual on their team. Thank you, Paul, for your exceptional service and dedication!
