Mr. Copley’s leadership in managing Prospective Change Orders (PCOs) has been invaluable. Leveraging his extensive experience in his field, he has served as a trusted voice of reason, ensuring every PCO is evaluated fairly and remains compliant with legal standards.
To date, Mr. Copley has awarded 45 PCOs totaling $2.7 million, a testament to his commitment to the project’s financial integrity. His thorough assessment also led to the rejection of one PCO, while actively working on nine others valued at $813,000.
Mr. Copley’s dedication has not only driven the success of the project he is on but also established a benchmark for excellence in construction management. His achievements were recently highlighted during a visit by Rear Admiral Cuadros, who honored Mr. Copley with a command coin in recognition of his outstanding efforts.
