International Construction
Chenega Worldwide Support (CWS) provides ongoing AE services including specifications, design analysis, equipment schedule, furnishings, fixtures, and cost estimates for a DOD customer internationally. CWS also designed all associated and ancillary systems, including IDS, access control, ESS and monitoring, communications infrastructure, fixtures, and equipment.
Work Planning and Execution Support Services
Chenega exp Federal JV (CXF JV) is delivering requirement planning, development, execution and support for Facilities Sustainment Restoration & Modernization (FSRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) Project Development, Project Planning & Program Development, Installation Asset Management, and the Planning & Execution of In-House Facilities Projects for a US Air Force customer.
Construction Engineering and Project Management
Chenega exp Federal JV (CXF JV) provides construction engineering and project management services for the NAVFAC Washington field offices. When it comes to both design-bid-build and design-build projects, our managers carefully review the pre-final contract drawings and specifications—along with any technical RFPs—to make sure everything is realistic and aligns with what can actually be built in the field. They also play a key role in organizing and coordinating a range of important post-award meetings. These include kickoff meetings, preconstruction conferences, partnering sessions, schedule reviews, design reviews, LEED coordination discussions, facility turnover planning, and final inspections, among others. Our goal is to ensure smooth communication and clear understanding every step of the way.
