One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) addresses the agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements. OASIS SB integrates multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.
OASIS SB is a family of seven separate Government-wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts. These MA-IDIQs span 29 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and six NAICS Code Exceptions under the economic subsector 541, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.

Benefits of OASIS SB
OASIS facilitates agency management of its SB program and goals through awards in every SB category, including socioeconomics and business intelligence provision via dashboards on SB performance.
Through the use of OASIS, customer agencies receive small business credit, which supports competition, even in socioeconomic categories.
Agencies can reserve task orders for exclusive competition among SB categories, including:
- 8(a) business development participants;
- HUBZone SB concerns;
- Service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns;
- Economically disadvantaged women-owned small business concerns; and
- Women-owned small business concerns eligible under the Women-Owned SB Program.
Through OASIS, agencies can plan socioeconomic set-asides to meet their goals and support 8(a), HUBZone, and SDVOSB direct awards.
