Chenega Defense and Aerospace Solutions (CDAS) is delighted to spotlight Dr. Frank Finnern and his exceptional work as a Program Manager. Dr. Frank has been a part of Chenega since 2010 and has been a part of the AFCENT program from the beginning. Unfortunately, Dr. Frank’s time in the AFCENT program is coming to a conclusion as he is stepping down to focus on other Chenega ventures and companies. During his time in the AFCENT program, he sustained two OCONUS military post offices in Kuwait and United Arab Emirates (UAE) and completed the final staffing for Kapsuun Group’s (KG) third post office installation in Jordan. With daily tasks that deal with helping onboarding staff, it’s no secret that Dr. Frank appreciates working with mission-focused professionals and thrives in creating an inclusive environment for his team, as this is his favorite part of the job and his proudest accomplishment. Dr. Frank is a huge reason CDAS operates and thrives daily. He loves expressing himself and being himself while working within the Intelligence Community (IC). Dr. Frank’s impact on his team is nothing short of remarkable, “He has been a great leader, mentor, and program/contract manager. He is always willing to lend a helping hand to ensure the job is done efficiently and with quality for our customers,” stated Senior Program Manager, LaTarsha Rice.
Even though he describes himself as a grumpy old man, Dr. Frank is a devoted husband who loves taking his wife to dinner or watching TV whenever he is not in the office. His biggest role model is his father, “he single-handedly has inspired and motivated me throughout my life to become a better person each and every day.”
