Chenega Defense Aerospace Solutions (CDAS) is proud to spotlight Aaron Guiliano, a dynamic UX Architect/ Graphic Designer supporting their user experience team supporting their Intelligence Community (IC) client.
Aaron has been with CDAS for a little more than a year now. At CDAS, Aaron works with talented designers, researchers, and developers who are tasked with creating digital products. When interviewed about his role, Aaron mentioned, “I enjoy being part of my team! The digital products are all based on user feedback. Our team creates new products and analyzes existing products to increase functionality. We use Adobe products and wireframing software to mock up websites for handoff to developers. Most days consist of designing web assets and meeting with customers to receive feedback on improving our designs.” When asked about his favorite part of the job, Aaron stated, “Learning new programs is my favorite aspect. In my role, I’ve learned that if someone offers you a chance to learn a new skill or program, take it. It is beneficial to your team and yourself to continue learning, especially in a field that is always changing. Recently, our team has been working on developing a Design System! So far, it’s been a major accomplishment for us all. Our customers are always pleased when you can utilize a tool that offers fast and uniform results.”
Aaron spends time with his family outside of work, and when he isn’t with them, he golfs with friends. Other than that, you can find him working with one of the best CDAS teams out there!
