As the Navy continues to modernize its Human Resources (HR) capabilities through the MyNavyHR Transformation Program, Chenega Defense and Aerospace Solutions (CDAS) is excited to support the migration of the Navy Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS) and Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS) to the Authoritative Data Environment (ADE). The NTMPS is an Operational Data Store/Data Warehouse (ODS/DW) that offers training officers, manpower and personnel managers, and other Fleet personnel a one-stop shop for information concerning MyNavyHR issues utilizing the Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS) application.
Under this new contract, CDAS will perform software maintenance and refactoring, integration, testing, implementation, and sustainment tasks for various NTMPS capabilities, including FLTMPS, Electronic Training Jacket, Online Application Reporting System, NTMPS Afloat applications, and Enterprise Performance Management. Additionally, CDAS will support subject matter experts and cybersecurity activities to achieve and maintain accreditation and security compliance.
