Chenega Decision Sciences was awarded a four-year Program Management Support Services (PMSS) contract by the Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on June 21. Under this contract, CDS will provide PMSS for the Accessions Information Environment (AIE) and Commanders Risk Reduction Dashboard (CRRD) to support Program Management Support Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Product Director Army Human Resource Systems (PD AHRS).
The AIE was created to establish an environment where Army recruiters in the field and U.S. Army Recruiting Command leadership can create, access, apply, transport, and register information for enterprise-wide use. AIE maximizes the Army’s capabilities in prospecting, interviewing, processing, leading future soldiers, and sustainment.
CRRD was developed to improve the Army’s leaders’ visibility and increase readiness across their formations. It provides individual soldiers’ unit history and behavioral trends. The dashboard pulls information from multiple authoritative Army databases to present a more concise report about the soldiers in, or newly arriving to, a unit. This capability allows commanders to make informed decisions to strengthen unit readiness.
The PD AHRS provides installation and field commander’s worldwide with essential, state-of-the-art, cost-effective, and standardized knowledge-based automation tools. These tools are essential to human resource accountability of soldiers, inventory management, and the scheduling and management of firing ranges and other training facilities.
