CDS Spotlights Tahira “Nikki” Williams for Exceptional Performance

Chenega Decision Sciences (CDS) would like to spotlight Tahira “Nikki” Williams for going above and beyond as an asset to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics) (SAF/AQ) team. Nikki started with CDS 11 months ago as a Human Resources Analyst I and has since proven her strong work ethic and “go-getter” attitude. Due to her abundance of capabilities, the customer has shared some warm insights into how beneficial it has been to have Nikki on the team.

“I cannot express how much of an asset Nikki is to the SAF/AQ TEAM,” says Chief, SAF/AQ Personnel Management Office Department of the Air Force AcqDemo Program Manager. “Since joining us back in April 2021, she has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to the organization. Given her impressive range and breadth of knowledge, she was able to take on multiple programs and tasks immediately upon arrival. She stepped up instantly to jump in on our Military actions. Lt Gen Richardson immediately had her confidence and became the go-to individual for all SAF/AQ Military actions, in particular our Officer Promotion Boards.”

It is always refreshing to get positive feedback on a job well done from a customer, but it demonstrates extraordinary performance when an employee gets singled out the way that Nikki has. CDS is undoubtedly lucky to have such a leader on their team.

When asked what she was most proud of in terms of the contract, Nikki said, “I am most proud of the trust the clients have in our team. Also, how our team continues to provide quality service on policy and procedural changes in the altering world of Human Resources.” After a long day of work, Nikki loves to decompress by treating herself to her favorite ice cream shop, Cold Stone Creamery, or her favorite bakery, Nothing Bundt Cakes. She says that though she has always looked up to her mother throughout her life, her kids are what keep her motivated to continue working hard.

Thank you for representing CDS so well, Nikki!
