June 16, 2023 – Chenega MIOS has been named one of The Washington Post’s 2023 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. This year’s honorees include government contractors, real estate firms, consulting groups, and tech companies.
“For the past ten years, the Top Workplaces list has been a credible guide to companies, old and new, in the D.C. region where employees feel valued,” said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Bronwen Latimer. “As a new generation enters the workforce, the Post is more committed than ever to highlighting the changing landscape of work and how these companies are thriving in it.”
Chenega MIOS could not have received this honor so many years in a row without President John Campagna continuing to lead with integrity and respect at the forefront. Chenega Corporation has always emphasized a “family-first” culture. The native shareholders of the Chenega village view the employees of the corporation as an extension of their own family. Through JC’s leadership at MIOS (Military, Intelligence, and Operations Support), the employees feel that in their day-to-day work.
“Chenega MIOS is proud to have once again been selected as a Washington Post Top Workplace,” said John “JC” Campagna, President of Chenega MIOS. “What makes this recognition uniquely special, is that it’s the employees that make the selection, and not a nameless third-party organization with an agenda. Chenega MIOS has enjoyed explosive success over the past two decades because of the level of commitment, professionalism, and tenacity of its employees, and their drive towards uncompromising excellence. This award is a testament to our unyielding commitment to our mission and our shareholders.”
