Chenega MIOS has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by the Washington Post Top Workplaces. This is now the 6th consecutive year that MIOS has earned this designation. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

“I can’t begin to describe the sense of pride and gratitude I felt when I was told that we won the Top Workplace honor for the 6th year in a row. It’s not about the bragging rights or the recognition; it’s about knowing that I’ve executed my singular, most important charge given to me by our Board of Directors, that being to take care of our people. This honor is derived from the votes registered by our employees, and I am humbled to know that our employees can see that we don’t just “talk the talk” but we “walk the walk” in taking care of our team,” said John “JC” Campagna, President of Chenega MIOS. “Thank you to our MIOS Family for allowing us this recognition.”

In this survey, the Chenega MIOS employee feedback showed that our culture thrives in working efficiently, enabling our staff to reach their full potential, and providing the sanctity of feeling like they are a part of something meaningful. This is proven through the quote below left by an employee who completed the anonymous survey.

[Working for Chenega] allows me the opportunity to fulfill a number of missions I believe are valuable – providing quality service to the federal government; supporting the Chenega shareholders; and helping to empower the next generation by providing opportunities to learn and grow their careers.
