Chenega MIOS would like to spotlight Katherine “Katie” Petrole, MIOS Sr. Director of Process Improvement, for her leadership skills and constant role-model attitude.
Katie assists her team in the company audits and plays a significant contribution to the team’s success. She drives many of the Process Improvement Initiatives with MIOS departments and companies. In 2020, her tenacity and quick-to-adjust guidance helped lead the Process Improvement team to success in its first-ever 100% virtual company audit. Her team considers her an “excellent role-model” and an “outstanding advocate for the team” and is extremely thankful for her guidance and integrity in all tasks that she faces. Katie is in charge of setting up a lot of trainings assigned to MIOS employees to make sure the company stays on track and up to date.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughters and husband. She also loves knitting and attending the local farmers’ market.
