Safeguarding Army Operations Through Advanced Cyber Defense
Chronos Operations (CO) has been awarded a contract to support the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC). The CO team will provide cyber support services for the G6’s Cyber Security Division (CSD), Cyber Operations Division (COD), and Mission Relevant Terrain – Cyber (MRT-C) teams across three core domains: Information Systems/Application Security Compliance, Cyber Operations Support Cell/Defensive Cyber Operations, and Mission Relevant Terrain.
The AMC Chief Information Officer (G6) is responsible for leading all aspects of command, control, communications, and information technology across AMC and its subordinate commands. This includes developing and sustaining the enterprise IT architecture, establishing a governance framework, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure efficient information exchange and robust support for mission execution.
As digital systems become increasingly vital to Army operations, AMC faces growing cyber threats. To address this, AMC is seeking mission-focused cybersecurity services. This award reinforces CO’s continued commitment to advancing cybersecurity capabilities and ensuring mission assurance across the United States Department of War.
