FY25 IM/IT Team Achievements at a Glance
- Cloud Modernization: Accelerated Army Unified Directory Service (AUDS) migration ahead of Army deadlines, reducing on-premises resources ($18K savings).
- Cost Optimization: Removed redundant licenses ($15K savings), streamlined procurement ($13.6K savings), and cut printer inventory by 40%.
- Lifecycle Refresh: Replaced 185 computers for Windows 11 compliance and upgraded Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) switches.
- Cybersecurity: Implemented Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) multifactor authentication and maintained compliance through rigorous patching and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
- Operational Enhancements: Modernized A/V in conference rooms, introduced new data/media policies, and launched a SharePoint booking tool for scheduling.
