The CITES PEO-EIS team provides Subject Matter Specialists to the PEO-EIS Headquarters and Defense Integrated Business Systems (PM DIBS) office to support the ArmyIgnitED 2.0 effort. ArmyIgnitED is the Army’s education portal that allows eligible Soldiers, Cadets, and Army Civilians to request financial assistance for classroom and online learning courses. ArmyIgnitED is a dynamic online system that automates many of the paper-based processes historically conducted in-person at Army Education Centers. CITES helps ArmyIgnitED provide voluntary educational benefits from over 5000 academic institutions and vendors through track requests, funding, invoicing, and payments.
We would like to thank the CITES team for all of their hard work and helping to bring ArmyIgnitED up-to-date and onto a digital platform for all the Army Cadets, Soldiers, and Veterans to use.
