On September 3rd, the Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground awarded Chenega IT Enterprise Services, LLC (CITES) with the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE), TRADOC Capability Manager Foundation (TCM-F), Intelligence Capability Development Support Contract.
With this award CITES, will be providing TCM-F with evaluations of emerging and/or developed hardware and software, technical manuals, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and the systems’ management of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) requirements for sensor processing capabilities to include, but not limited to centralized management for training development, capability development and materiel development for the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A), the Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Automated Collection and Reporting System (CHARCS), the Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT), and MI Communications. MI communications include network Transport Convergence development, Network Synchronization development, and TROJAN to Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) migration.

TRADOC Capability Manager Mission Command/Control develops and manages doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLPF-P) solution sets in support of the Army’s MC/CP programs.
