Chenega IT Enterprise Services (CITES) is proud to highlight Babak (Bobby) Sondi, a Systems Engineer and Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) supporting U.S. Army programs over the last three years. Bobby has consistently adapted to meet expectations and earned a reputation on the Army Enterprise Staff Management System (AESMS) team as the person who “gets things done”. However, Bobby feels that the most important aspects of his job are the invaluable lessons that he has learned from his colleagues whom he considers family.
“I strongly believe that personal growth is essential to both professional achievement and a fulfilling life”, said Sondi. “To me, life’s journey is best shared with those who not only teach and inspire you, but also help you become a positive influence in return.”
In his downtime, Bobby prioritizes activities that help him relax, reflect, and nurture relationships. This includes spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, cooking, and exploring local wineries. One quote that has always resonated with him from Bernard M.
