Chenega IT Enterprise Services (CITES) is excited to spotlight David Boyer. David is dedicated to supporting the Airborne Community and works as Site Lead supporting the Mobile Asset Tracker-Automated Parachute Management (MAT-APM) program. After 26 years of service, he retired from the Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 5 (CW5).
Although David has been with CITES for only three years, he has been supporting the MAT-APM program for over five years, with various roles including Research and Development Team Lead, Business Analyst, and Configuration Manager. Recently, David was promoted to the Site Lead position for the MAT-APM program.
Along with many professional accomplishments in David’s life, he is also a published author, Journey for James, My Story with Lessons of Faith, Trust and obedience. David has a bachelor’s degree in business management and is studying for a certificate in Biblical studies. In his free time, David enjoys traveling with his wife, being outdoors – camping, kayaking and paddleboarding, and spending time with his grandchildren!
