The Challenge

Chenega Systems’ (CS) QA Team reviewed, documented, and implemented established QA/QC processes and procedures to set QA testing models for raw data, materials in process, and finished products. Once verified, the CS team created and will continuously update project documentation for the QA program.
Continuous monitoring allows the CS team to conduct preventative maintenance to ensure compatibility of the new QA/QC equipment and updated existing equipment. Monthly status reports address postproduction, product inspection rates, findings, defects, and corrective actions taken.
The Results
Chenega Systems established and maintains an electronic tracking system (all records/files, and project inventory), providing the requested information in an acceptable and searchable Microsoft Office Suite form, i.e. word, Excel, etc. acceptable to the Government for the purposes of operational continuity, and during the transition. CS provides the COR the capability to audit the records/files/data received against said tracking system.
