CWS provides ongoing Design-Build Services including specifications, design analysis, equipment schedule, furnishings, fixtures, and cost estimates for a DoD customer internationally. CWS also designed all associated and ancillary systems, including Intrusion Detection System (IDS), access control, Employee Self-Service (ESS) and monitoring, all communications infrastructure, utilities, site preparation and furnishings, and fixtures and equipment.

CWS renovated the Ft Belvoir Defense Acquisition University Auditorium — a two (2) story building and totals approximately 31,690 square feet. CWS is performing the design, installation, and testing of a complete AV system for this auditorium to include; Video Control Room, Audio Control Platform, Video Wall & Presentation System, Audio System, WIFI, and Video Cameras. This CWS renovation includes the demolition of the existing space back to the shell and enables ADA access to the stage and back-of-house spaces. The auditorium’s functionality will be improved by replacing the interior finishes, seating, ceiling, house and stage lighting, AV equipment including a LED video wall, confidence monitors, cameras, sound system, HVAC distribution and diffusers, and Building Automated Systems.

CWS provides validation of design by others, materials, equipment, and non-personal services needed to identify, procure, deliver, install, configure, test, operate, and turnover an integrated Audio-Visual system, IT data, and IT Network supporting the new ten-story FCC HQ facility. In furnishing these products and services, CWS provides all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, and equipment and plans, schedules, coordinates, and ensures the effective performance of, and conformance to, all aspects of the work. Provide design validation for the secure portion of the facility. Provides design validation for both the AV and IT Network systems. Integration of all conference room video displays, cameras, shading controls, lighting controls, conference audio, and video controls into the high-end conference tables in each room.
