Frank McCarthy
Chenega Systems (CS) takes great pride in the work that it performs for its customers and puts a high value on finding the best employees for each task at hand. This is why when a customer came back to CS leaders raving about the exemplary work that Chris Dickinson, Frank McCarthy, and their team have been performing at the U.S. Military Academy (USMA) West Point, they felt it was necessary to give credit where it was due and spotlight these incredible employees.
Chris Dickinson and Frank McCarthy, Audio Visual (AV) Technicians for CS, are responsible for the setup, configuration, operation, and maintenance of AV systems and equipment throughout USMA at West Point, ensuring that things run smoothly. When asked what he is most proud of regarding their work at West Point, Chris said:
I’m proud of the service we provide to our customers. I enjoy technical problem-solving and take pride in achieving the best results possible for the end-users. It’s gratifying when I can make a customer’s day a little easier by solving a technical issue or helping them find an AV solution that makes their daily environment more efficient.
Chris Dickinson
Frank speaks highly of the people at West Point, saying it’s a “great team to work with, in a positive environment.” After a long day on the job, Frank enjoys writing and recording music! He’s also a big fan of watching Resident Alien and The Rookie or catching up with friends online to decompress. He says he received his high work ethic from his dad, whom he looks up to. If he could travel anywhere in the world, Frank would love to visit his grandparent’s hometowns in Ireland and Italy to experience his ancestors’ culture, history, climate, and geography.
Chris, on the other hand, would love to go snowboarding in New Zealand! As a big fan of the great outdoors, he spends his time going for runs, bike rides, or fishing at a local pond (when the weather is nice, of course). He also enjoys binging a Netflix show (don’t we all), doing a home workout, or playing some guitar. Chris is a very proud dad to a son, and he states that thinking of his son and striving to be a great dad and role model motivates him every day.
We are so lucky to have both Frank and Chris on the CS team and are proud of the positive feedback that the customer has provided on the work that they each perform. Thank you both!
