Chenega Systems (CS) is proud to announce its newest contract for the prestigious US Military Academy (USMA) West Point, performing IT Tier 1 Help Desk Services beginning in June 2022. This is CS’s third contract with West Point, further proving the tremendous work CS performs for its customers. CS is currently also the lead on another Help Desk contract, providing Enterprise Information Technology Helpdesk support for West Point’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) to augment the on-premise support bridge to provide a more robust, agile, and responsive IT Support Bridge. Additionally, CS performs Audio and Visual (AV) Technician services for the installation, maintenance, and support of visual information facilities and equipment, to support USMA and its directorates and organizations who own and operate these rooms.
In this newest contract, Chenega Systems will bring forward qualified personnel to function as supplemental resources in the USMA’s current Information Technology (IT) organization. CS will provide all necessary materials, logistical support, technical data, programmers, and services associated with the warranty repair and troubleshooting of client resources. The goal is to assist in preventative maintenance of correlated IT products, documentation, deployments, and quality assurance in support of the USMA’s mission.
