On Sept 19, the United States Marine Corps awarded Chenega Technical Innovations the Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR), Warrior Athlete Reconditioning Program (WAR-P) contract.
The WAR-P supports the WWR’s mission by providing adaptive reconditioning programs and events such as Marine Corps Trials (MCT), Warrior Games, and adaptive sports camps and clinics to Wounded, Ill, and Injured (WII) Marines throughout the year. CTI will provide a Web-Based Developer to create a registration management solution/platform for the MCT.

The mission of the WAR-P is to promote the health and rehabilitation of Marines and Sailors recovering from physical and mental health challenges through adaptive recreation and reconditioning. The Wounded Warrior Regiment provides leadership and ensures compliance with laws and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations related to the support, recovery, and non-medical care of combat and non-combat wounded, ill, and injured (WII) Marines, Sailors attached to Marine units, and their family members in order to maximize their recovery as they return to duty or transition to civilian life.
