Brews for the Brave

For the past 17 years, Chenega MIOS has been committed to organizing events to raise maximum funds to support our nation’s heroic veterans. Throughout these years, we are grateful and take pride in our achievement of contributing over $1.1 Million to these deserving individuals. Join us on November 2nd, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, as Chenega MIOS presents Brews for the Brave at Old Hickory Golf Club in Woodbridge, VA. This event aims to generate funds for the Vigilant Torch Association (VTA). This volunteer-driven organization extends vital financial assistance to the Special Operations Community and their families during their greatest times of need. Their support includes emergency relief funds, particularly for those injured or lost in action, aiding family maintenance and resilience, and providing scholarships for family members.

Brews for the Brave stands as an occasion where local breweries are showcased, and nearby communities are invited to participate. The evening will spotlight numerous breweries, allowing attendees to sample the two most popular beers from each. The night’s highlights will be delectable hors d’oeuvres, live music, an exciting raffle boasting irresistible prizes, and delightful company. While all age groups are welcome, kindly note that participation in beer tastings is exclusively for those aged 21 and above. We encourage you to extend the invitation to your family and friends, allowing them to relish a pleasant evening of beer tasting and delectable bites together.
