How Senior Leadership Champions are Crucial to IT Modernization

[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Government Technology Insider (GTI) released the second podcast in a three-part series in which Chenega Applied Solutions, Vice President of Operations Mike Masten, goes into extensive detail about the challenges faced by Modernization as a Service (MaaS), the acquisition process, and Kessel Run.

“Prior to Kessel Run, IT modernization as we know it did not exist,” said Masten. “When they first approached us, they wanted us to make them a Google – it was all about taking a playbook from the most successful companies in Silicon Valley. Kessel Run became the model, and the rest of the Air Force now looks at this effort as something to duplicate. This evolution was inevitable, and the Kessel Run crew started the modernization movement as we know it.”

The conclusion of the podcast series will be available on 7/1.
