John Goss Joins NJVC as Director, BD

NJVC, an enterprise IT solutions provider and subsidiary of Chenega Corporation’s Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) strategic business unit (SBU), today welcomed John Goss to the leadership team as director, business development. Mr. Goss brings more than 30 years of proven performance to NJVC, with a successful track record of managing, capturing and executing contracts for small, medium and large companies.

As director, business development, John Goss is responsible for all aspects of the business development and sales activities of the company, including developing strategic partnerships with key industry players, growing service offerings, creating and executing business strategies, and new business capture.

Prior to joining NJVC, Mr. Goss held a variety of leadership and business development roles, including vice president, business development and operations, for several companies serving the defense and intelligence industry. He helped successfully position them on multiple IDIQs and other competitive proposals, capturing millions of dollars in actual contract value with various federal customers.

Before moving to the civilian sector, Mr. Goss spent 13 years in the United States Air Force leading, supervising and managing teams. He oversaw Y2K code analysis, test step generation, testing and certification of 68 C4 systems and applications used in the development of USSTRATCOM strategic war planning. As a Systems Administration Team Chief, he led a joint military and contractor team of systems administrators in the installation and maintenance of common services on the Intelligence Network, supporting more than 1,500 users and developers.
