Record Retrieval General Clerk– will oversee and enforce work methods and priorities accomplished by the Correspondence Support or Records Retrieval Branch within NARA. The minimum qualifications required for this position include Highschool or GED equivalent, 1+ years of customer service, records, or data entry experience; U.S. citizenship; valid driver’s license; valid state-issued ID or passport and background check.
Correspondence Technician– is responsible for providing records administrative services support within NARA. The minimum qualifications required for this position include Highschool or GED equivalent, 3+ years of customer service, records, or data entry experience; U.S. citizenship; valid driver’s license; valid state-issued ID or passport; and background check.
