Larry Grant is the Co-founder/CEO of the EnProVera Corporation; a Native American Owned 8(a) Small Business and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). EnProVera-Chenega Solutions (ECS), LLC is an SDVOSB JV between EnProVera and Chenega Applied Solutions (CAS), LLC. Founded in August of 2018, ECS was created to provide exceptional services and trusted advisors to Federal customers looking to meet SDVOSB requirements in their programs. ECS’s goal is simple: provide the best possible services at the best possible price to help our customers achieve their mission. With decades of Federal contracting experience, and past performance managing Federal contracts totaling hundreds of millions of dollars, ECS provides a unique and knowledgeable partner that guarantees customer success, wherever they operate.
Prior to establishing EnProVera, Mr. Grant led Kforce Government Solutions (KGS) as the President/General Manager from August 2006 – January 2014. Mr. Grant led and oversaw all of KGS’s client relationships, business strategies, solutions and service offerings, partnerships, internal operations, a team of professional associates, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Grant also served on the KGS Board of Directors and the Kforce, Inc. Executive Committee.
Previous to joining KGS, Mr. Grant was the General Dynamics Information Technology National and Defense Intelligence Solutions (NDIS) Southern Region Director from November 2003 – August 2006, with profit and loss responsibility for contracts and personnel operating in the Southeast United States, Cuba, and the Middle East.
Before joining General Dynamics, Mr. Grant had a distinguished 20-year career with the United States Air Force, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He held positions as a Computer and Communications Officer and as an Intelligence Officer. He culminated his military career serving as the Chief Information Officer, Directorate of Intelligence, U.S. Central Command, MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida, during Operations Desert Thunder, Desert Fox, and Enduring Freedom. Mr. Grant provided leadership and management to all facets of IT support for the U.S. Central Command’s Intelligence operations at MacDill AFB, to U.S. Central Command’s deployed headquarters, and to all Service and National Intelligence organizations assigned to the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility in Southwest Asia. Mr. Grant was awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal.
Mr. Grant holds a Bachelor’s degree from Troy University and a Master’s Degree from Webster University. Mr. Grant also attended the Joint Staff Officers College in Norfolk, Virginia, the Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell AFB in Alabama, and the Squadron Officers School at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.
