[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]The Chenega MIOS company culture is one that we take great pride in. Though we strive for greatness in the federal contracting world, we also strive for greatness when it comes to who we are as an employer and how we can better the lives of our employees.
This is why it means so much for us each year that Chenega MIOS is nominated as a Washington Post Top Workplace. In 2020, Chenega MIOS was extremely appreciative to have been taken to the next level as a Top Workplace USA, all thanks to our employees’ responses. Top Workplaces USA recognizes large organizations—those with 150 or more employees and/or operations in multiple markets—that are making the world a better place to work by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving their employees a voice. This is determined based on a survey sent out to employees by Energage, an employee engagement platform, which then takes the responses to find which companies truly make company culture a top priority. After qualifying as a Top Workplace USA, Chenega MIOS was honored to have been interviewed along with Northwest Federal Credit Union to discuss the aspects of the company that make it such a great place to work.
“Our people are our asset and the singular number one factor why we are successful,” says President John Campagna.
Even through the pandemic, Chenega MIOS was able to keep employees engaged and in high spirits with virtual events like happy hours, games, and spirit weeks. We are extremely proud of what we have been able to accomplish and love that our employees recognized this in the Energage survey.
We cannot thank our employees enough for keeping Chenega MIOS thriving and we look forward to when we can once again host larger events to show how appreciative we really are.
