Chenega MIOS HQ would like to showcase Shawn Holmes for her stellar work and dedication to our mission. Shawn was hired in 2020 and is currently a Contracts Administrator. Shawn’s everyday tasks include problem-solving, following up with internal and external customers, processing all contractual documents, and answering emails and phone calls. Shawn’s favorite part of her job is collaborating with her team members, who are a great group. Shawn’s generous, encouraging, and supportive personality has helped create a welcoming environment with her team. Since her hire date in 2020, Shawn has become a staple in her team and a role model in the workforce.
Shawn’s most significant accomplishment is completing the many walks for Breast Cancer, with her favorite being DC Breast Cancer walk around the Tidal Basin. Shawn also looks up to her family and uses them as motivation every day.
When she’s not in the office, Shawn enjoys going on walks and putting together 500+ piece puzzles.
