Lorton, VA

Clearance Level: Background Check

Contracts Administrator

The Contracts Administrator will review, negotiate, and administer contracts and agreements working independently with limited guidance. The Contracts Administrator will also track, create, and maintain contract data requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and an additional 4+ years of relevant work experience may be substituted for education.
  • 5+ years of experience in the project/contract administration field is required.

SR. SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

The Sr. Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for cradle-to-grave administration for all subcontract lifecycle procurement functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent and 10+ years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
  • 5+ years of experience with subcontracts or contracts is required.

 

Arlington, VA

Clearance Level: Secret

Contract Specialist, Sr.

The Contract Specialist, Sr. supports the IPPS-A PMO by performing ongoing support contracts administration by preparing, managing, updating, and reviewing Acquisition Requirements Package (ARPs) in support of solicitations and associated timelines.

Qualifications:

  • MA/MS degree OR
  • High school degree and an additional 6+ years of equivalent years of experience
  • 10+ years of experience

Contract Specialist, Journeyman

The Contract Specialist, Journeyman supports the IPPS-A PMO by performing ongoing support contracts administration by preparing, managing, updating, and reviewing Acquisition Requirements Package (ARPs) in support of solicitations and associated timelines.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree or 4-6 years of additional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a field directly related to the position is required

 

Washington, DC

Clearance Level: TS/SCI

Contract Specialist II

The Contract Specialist II will support acquisition activities for Air Force Special Access Programs. The Contract Specialist II will also be responsible for mentoring and providing a quality review of work products and deliverables of more junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree
  • 5+ years of government contracting experience in the private sector or 5+ years as a GS1102-13 Contract Specialist or higher grade
  • 5+ years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than 1-year experience in an SAP and/or SCI environment within the past 5 years
  • Active and valid driver’s license

Contracting Specialist III

The Contract Specialist III will support acquisition activities for Air Force Special Access Programs. The Contract Specialist III will be responsible for ensuring all deliverables meet schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree
  • 5+ years of government contracting experience in the private sector or 5+ years as a GS1102-13 Contract Specialist or higher grade
  • 5+ years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than 1-year experience in an SAP and/or SCI environment within the past 5 years
  • Active and valid driver’s license
