NJVC, an enterprise IT solutions provider and subsidiary of Chenega Corporation’s Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) strategic business unit (SBU), today announced the promotion of Bill Cloin to vice president, business operations. An 11-year veteran of NJVC, Mr. Cloin previously served as practice lead for NJVC’s software services division.
As vice president, business operations, Mr. Cloin will manage all day-to-day company operations, including leadership of all customer-facing programs, technology solutions and corporate capabilities, research and development, and the associated human capital. Mr. Cloin will ensure that NJVC program execution and technology solutions evolve in support of current customer needs.
“In his 11-plus years with NJVC, Bill Cloin has successfully established our Center for Technology Integration, developed a DevOps core capability, and produced sustained growth in his portfolio of programs,” said Patrick O’Neil, NJVC president. “I am confident that Mr. Cloin will help lead our amazing team to new heights.”
In his previous role as practice lead, software services, Mr. Cloin oversaw all aspects of the company’s software services practice, including the creation of advanced software solutions and enterprise applications, strategic planning and business development.
Since 2007, Mr. Cloin has served NJVC in a series of progressively responsible technical and leadership roles. He held the dual role of director, NJVC Center for Technology Integration (CTI), and chief, software & application support services (SASS), in which he was responsible for the day-to-day direction of NJVC’s CTI organization and environments, as well as the strategic direction and management of the company’s software engineering group.
