NOAA Awards CTI Control Room Upgrade Contract

Wednesday, January 22nd, 2020, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) Control Room Upgrade Contract was awarded to Chenega Technical Innovations, (CTI) LLC.

The NOAA AOC is purchasing additional hardware components, software upgrades, enhancements, and associated installation and integration services for the existing audio/video system used in the AOC auditorium.

CTI is proud to support NOAA’s wide range of specialized airborne environmental data collection capabilities vital to understanding the Earth, conserving and managing coastal and marine resources, and protecting lives and property.

NOAA’s fleet of nine manned aircraft is operated, managed and maintained by NOAA’s Aircraft Operations Center (AOC), part NOAA’s Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO).
