Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS), an Alaska Native-Owned subsidiary company of Chenega Corporation, was created with the purpose of providing professional support services and IT solutions needed to deliver efficient and optimized services within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) . Formed in 2017, CARS employs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with decades of experience working in the federal marketplace.

In the Fall of 2022, a strategic decision was made to merge another Chenega subsidiary, NJVC, with CARS.  NJVC brings 20+ years of experience supporting federal customers within  the DoD and IC.  The capabilities between CARS and NJVC are closely aligned and will yield significant synergies while bolstering CARS’ past performance, customer base, and helping to expand and mature the overall service offerings for CARS’ current and future customers.
