Venturi is thrilled to recognize Jonathon Silvers and his diligent work ethic and exemplary leadership. Jonathon was hired in 2021 as a Transportation Specialist and has since demonstrated a clear understanding of what it takes to be a leader through his professionalism and expertise in his position. In addition to being the ultimate team player, Jonathon’s daily tasks include coordinating, planning, and completing the transportation of Hazmat and oversize assets worldwide. Aside from his everyday responsibilities, Jonathon’s favorite achievement is being able to obtain a pivotal role in the intelligence sector. Since his first day, Jonathon has continued to lead by example by instilling a homelike and encouraging environment within the workplace. His commitment to excellence, paired with his thirst for knowledge and growth, has allowed Jonathon to continue to achieve new heights and prove that he is the collaborative, consistent, and adaptable person he is described to be.
Outside of work, Jonathon enjoys doing anything outdoors, whether it be deer hunting, trout fishing, or other outdoor activities. Jonathon’s motivation is his wife of 20 years, Chanda, and his 16-year-old son, Parker.
Jonathon has proven to be a pivotal addition to the Venturi team since his hire date in 2021. In that time span, Jonathon has continued to carry himself and his profession to the highest standard.
