Charles’ ability to juggle these responsibilities with precision and professionalism sets a high standard within his organization.
His favorite part of the job is being involved in the testing of a missile defense system, contributing to innovations that directly support and protect the warfighter. One of Charles’ most significant accomplishments is his long‑term involvement with the Venturi Brighter Day Employee Fund, where he has served since its creation in 2007. As a long‑serving Board Member, and currently in his second term as President, Charles has played a key role in positively impacting countless lives. Outside of work, Charles decompresses through singing, going to the gym, and taking cruises with his wife. His motivation is deeply rooted in the strong work ethic instilled by his parents, who raised seven children and taught them the importance of always doing their best.
