Venturi is excited to spotlight Ben Cothran for his hard work and perseverance as an Engineering Technician III. Ben started back in 2019 and has helped orchestrate a collaborative and innovative work environment since his hire date. When it comes to his day-to-day responsibilities, Ben states, “When I first get into work, we have our morning meeting. After we find out what we need to accomplish for the day, we split up into our teams and carry out the mission for the day. Each day is different than the next. Some days we have Ordnance to Issue or Receive, and other days we are getting ready for CONUS or OCONUS missions.” Ben’s favorite part of his job is the ability to travel to various locations to help support the mission of Venturi. When asked what he was proud of achieving, Ben responded that he is most proud of receiving his Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Ben’s reliability, honorable personality, and commitment to the mission are all reasons why Ben is so revered by his colleagues, and we are grateful to have you on our team!
Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing video games. Ben is a proud family man who’s motivated by his wife and two kids.
