Over the course of two decades, Jon has demonstrated unwavering commitment to mission success, technical excellence, and dependable customer support, contributing capabilities that directly enhance national defense and support the Warfighter.
In his role as an Engineer, Jon’s day-to-day work centers on supporting meetings, developing and reviewing mission execution documents, and providing customer assistance at any given moment. His flexibility, reliability, and depth of experience make him a trusted partner within fast-moving, high-stakes program environments, where customer needs evolve daily and mission focus is paramount.
One of the most meaningful aspects of Jon’s career has been deploying in support of missions. These deployments, often marked by long days and intense operational tempo, are where Jon feels the strongest sense of purpose and connection. Working side by side with customers and coworkers during live, fast-paced events fosters a level of teamwork and trust that defines mission success. These shared experiences not only strengthen professional bonds but also underscore the real-world impact of the work being done.
Jon considers his greatest professional accomplishment to be the many flight tests he has supported throughout his 20-year career, and the lasting capabilities those missions have delivered to the Warfighter in defense of the nation. Each test represents a culmination of careful planning, coordination, and execution, efforts that collectively make a meaningful contribution to national security.
Outside of work, Jon dedicates his time to family. He enjoys spending evenings and weekends with his wife at the ballfield or the gym, cheering on their children as they compete in basketball, softball, soccer, track, cross country, and flag football. These moments provide a meaningful balance to the demands of mission-focused work and reflect the values that guide him both professionally and personally.
